I have a long-standing commitment to film and writing, supported by extensive screenwriting experience and formal training in script development. I hold an Advanced Diploma of Script Editing and Development from the Australian Film, Television and Radio School (AFTRS).

I’ve worked with writers from around the world to shape early ideas into clear, commercially viable scripts, and I regularly help writers refine their pitches for film and television industry representatives.

Alongside my consultancy work, I’ve developed projects through Screen Canberra’s POD programs, supporting writers at a wide range of experience levels. I’m currently the Developer in Residence at Film Plus, working with screenwriters at various stages of the development process.

I’m a qualified Script Editor and Developer with experience working with local, national, and international writers. I’ve worked across TV and narrative film, in both short and long-form projects.

I’m also a multi-award-winning writer myself, which means I understand the creative risks involved in development — not just the theory behind it.

Because I write, I take a clear, rigorous, and supportive approach to development: honest about what isn’t working, and practical about how to move a script forward.
